Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?

A: Standard check-in time is 3pm to 8pm

Q: Can I store  my luggage before or after my stay?

A: Yes we can store your luggage.

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Yes, please ring if you need to arrive after 9pm.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Yes, strictly no smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on Balconies and common areas.

Q: Do you have wireless Internet in guest rooms?

A: Yes we provide free broadband Internet to all areas  (ADSL2+)

Q: Do you have an outdoor area?

A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ and communal SPA area

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes,  pets are allowed by arrangement, at $25/night additional fee and a higher Bond. Please ring.

Q: How close are you to the shops?

A: 10 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley train station food court and Chinatown Restaurants.

Q: Do you have Parking?

A: Open 7 days a week with modern electronic security and secure car parking facility.

Q: Do you have Satellite TV?

A: Yes, we have two satellite dishes, supplying Al Jazeera and RT (Russia Today),  CNC (China News in English and Mandarin),  Press TV,  Hope TV, iFilm and other stations, as well as all digital free to air channels.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to any booked room-night or the full night will be charged. There is a $50 processing fee for any cancellation.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?

A: Credit card details are required to secure your room. Small bookings will be charged in full, large bookings ie more than 10 room-nights will be charged 50% of total booking value with the remainder to be paid at check in.

Q. Do you require a Bond?

Yes. The only acceptable Bond is a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card (must have a Visa or Mastercard symbol, not an EFTPOS card). The pre-authorisation amount required may be up to $300 depending on risk.

Q. What is a Pre-Authorisation?

A. THis is a hold that you bank takes over an amount of money on your card. After about 5 working days (depending on your card type) it will expire if not needed by the motel. It only affects your available balance not your balance.

Q. When would the motel use my Bond?

A. The motel would only take your bond if you broke hotel rules eg. smoking in the room, room damage, unusual cleaning costs or you left owing any money.
